Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Site HSE Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead health, safety and environment efforts on a major construction project. You will supervise safety specialists, conduct site walks, review contractor documentation, and chair H&S meetings to ensure compliance with project and code requirements.

You must have a BSc or MSc in a related field, 10+ years in health and safety with supervisory exposure, NEBOSH Diploma or OHSA Management Certification, and strong root cause

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least 10+ years in health and safety with supervisory experience.
• NEBOSH Diploma or OHSA Management Certification is required/desired.

Responsibilities

• Audit contractor safety compliance and contribute to periodic reports.
• Conduct daily site safety walks with contractors.
• Mentor and lead a team of safety specialists.
• Review contractor documentation for compliance with project and code requirements.
• Chair H&S meetings and workshops.
• Lead incident investigations including root cause analysis and lessons learned.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Contributing to periodic reports
• Auditing contractor safety compliance
• Mentoring and leading a team of safety specialists
• Reviewing contractor documentation for compliance with project and code requirements
• Conducting daily site walks with contractors
• Chairing H&S meetings and workshops

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• BSc or MSc degree
• 10+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety, including some supervisory experience
• NEBOSH Diploma or OHSA Management Certifications
• Advanced HSSEQ
• Capability to lead incident investigations, including Root Cause Analysis and driving the lessons learned process
