Parsons is seeking an experienced Site HSE Manager to oversee health, safety and environmental performance on a major construction supervision project. You will lead a team of safety specialists, conduct daily site walks, and ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.

With 10+ years in HSE, NEBOSH/OHSA certifications, and proven incident investigation capabilities, you will mentor site personnel and drive lessons learned to reduce risk while delivering the project safely and

Competenze

• BSc or MSc degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of HSE experience with some supervisory exposure.
• NEBOSH Diploma or OHSA certification.
• Advanced HSSEQ knowledge and practice.
• Ability to lead root cause analyses and lessons learned.

Mansioni

• Contribute to periodic health and safety reports.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site HSE Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work on a unique project in a construction supervision capacity.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Contributing to periodic reports
• Auditing contractor safety compliance
• Mentoring and leading a team of safety specialists
• Reviewing contractor documentation for compliance with project and code requirements
• Conducting daily site walks with contractors
• Chairing H&S meetings and workshops

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• BSc or MSc degree
• 10+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety, including some supervisory experience
• NEBOSH Diploma or OHSA Management Certifications
• Advanced HSSEQ
• Capability to lead incident investigations, including Root Cause Analysis and driving the lessons learned process
