Job summary

Air Products is seeking an HSE Site Lead to act as the on-site competent authority for Health, Safety, Security and Environment. You will lead the implementation of HSSE strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous safety improvements.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or HSE, Saudi Arabia certification, 8-10 years in chemical/petrochemical operations, and 3-5 years leadership at site level. Fluency in Arabic and English is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or HSE and registered as a HSE Practitioner (Associate) in Saudi Arabia.
• 8-10 years of proven track record in the chemical or petrochemical industry in operations.
• 3-5 years progressive site-based HSE leadership experience.
• Certified trainer certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as site HSE authority and lead HSSE strategy at site level.
• Lead HSSE training calendar, audits, and assurance programs.
• Coordinate with government authorities on regulatory compliance and inspections.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Engage in emergency planning and response for site incidents.
