Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Riyadh is seeking an Experienced Site Engineer - Civil Execution with hands-on experience in GIS substations for SEC projects. You will supervise civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specs, SEC standards, quality, safety, and schedules.

The role requires strong reading of drawings, coordination with subcontractors, and active coordination with client representatives to maintain progress and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in substation civil construction projects.
• Mandatory experience on Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects.
• Strong knowledge of GIS substations, civil execution, and SEC standards.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site activities effectively.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise civil works for 380kV substation projects.
• Manage construction activities including foundations, cable trenches, control buildings, boundary walls, roads, and drainage works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with SEC standards, approved drawings, QA/QC requirements, and HSE regulations.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Support inspections and RFIs

• Immediate availability with SEC approval or transferable iqama will be an added advantage
