Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Investment Company seeks experienced Senior Architectural Engineers to join our project team and work on-site for landmark high-rise developments in Riyadh and Makkah. You will be responsible for direct execution, coordination, and delivery of architectural and finishing works in line with approved drawings and schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
• PMP certification is considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Main Contractor's/Developer's site engineer, taking full responsibility for direct execution, resourcing, and delivery of architectural and finishing works.
• Supervise and execute architectural and finishing works (façade, interiors, MEP builder's work) as per approved drawings and project design standards.
• Work closely with Civil Engineers on architectural scope items, ensuring coordinated execution across disciplines.
• Review and implement shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples for finishes.
• Conduct and record formal site work inspections at each stage of finishing works prior to sign-off.
• Coordinate architectural works sequencing with civil and MEP site activities.
• Manage direct labor crews and/or subcontractors performing finishing works, and verify progress and quality.
• Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and measurement of executed architectural/finishing works for payments and variations.
• Coordinate with Technical Team and design consultants on RFIs and site queries.
• Supervise and mentor Junior Architectural Engineers assigned to respective fronts.
• Maintain snag lists and coordinate close-out and handover of finished areas.

Job Brief:

We are seeking experienced Senior Architectural Engineers to join our project team and work on the site for a landmark high-rise development in Riyadh & Makkah. The successful candidates will be responsible for the direct execution, coordination, and delivery of architectural and finishing works, ensuring that all activities are completed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules.

The role requires extensive experience in high-rise tower projects, strong technical knowledge of architectural finishes and façade systems, and the ability to manage subcontractors, direct labor, and multidisciplinary coordination throughout the construction lifecycle.

• Act as the Main Contractor's/Developer's site engineer, taking full responsibility for direct execution, resourcing, and delivery of architectural and finishing works — not limited to a supervisory or consultancy role.
• Supervise and execute architectural and finishing works (façade, interiors, MEP builder's work) as per approved drawings and project design standards.
• Work closely with and support the Civil Engineers on architectural scope items, ensuring coordinated execution across disciplines.
• Review and implement shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples for finishes.
• Conduct and record formal site work inspections at each stage of finishing works (substrate preparation, first fix, second fix, final finishes) prior to sign-off and progression to the next stage.
• Coordinate architectural works sequencing with civil and MEP site activities.
• Manage direct labor crews and/or subcontractors performing finishing works, and verify progress and quality of workmanship.
• Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and measurement of executed architectural/finishing works for interim payment certificates and variation/change order evaluation.
• Coordinate directly with the Technical Team and design consultants on RFIs and site queries affecting architectural works.
• Supervise and mentor Junior Architectural Engineers assigned to respective work fronts.
• Maintain snagn lists and coordinate close-out and handover of finished areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
• PMP certification is considered an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural engineering and construction.
• Proven experience in high-rise tower projects.
• Experience may be gained anywhere within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong background in façade systems, interior finishes, fit-out, waterproofing, and architectural coordination.
• Previous experience with leading developers or Tier-1 contractors is highly desirable.
