Job summary

Jones Engineering is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to lead on-site execution for complex projects in Dammam. You will oversee electrical discipline, coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors and client representatives to meet milestones.

The role requires a time-served apprenticeship, an engineering degree, and at least 10 years of construction experience, with data centre projects and budget management experience highly valued. Strong planning, safety and QA/QC focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade background with site construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years on construction projects.
• Experience in data centre projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources.
• Strong planning and coordination with multiple teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct line of report to Project Manager during execution; coordinate with Pre-Construction Manager during tender.
• Assist Pre-Construction, MEP Manager and Estimating to support robust tendering.
• Review tender and handover documents; identify risks and constructability issues.
• Review engineering take-offs to align with project requirements.
• Prepare labour forecasts and manage budgets to meet targets.
• Provide input to project schedule with PM and MEP Manager; coordinate with subcontractors.
