Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Landscape Inspector - Hardscape Finishes for a site-based construction role on a major public-realm development in Diriyah. The inspector will verify the quality and compliance of hardscape finishes and related landscape works, maintain site records, and coordinate interfaces with other construction disciplines.

Qualifications

Degree in Landscape Architecture required.
Seven years of directly related landscape inspection experience is preferred.
Experience with hardscape materials, finishes, installation methods, and workmanship standards.
Ability to interpret landscape drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and construction details.

Responsibilities

Attend inspection requests and respond within required timeframes.
Inspect hardscape finishes against approved requirements and contract drawings.
Review shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local codes and international practices.
Maintain daily site records and progress photos.
Prepare surveillance reports for defective or non-compliant work.
Coordinate landscape works with civil, structural, drainage, utilities, lighting, and other disciplines.
