Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture required.
• Seven years of directly related landscape inspection experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardscape materials, finishes, installation methods, and workmanship standards.
• Ability to interpret landscape drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and construction details.

Responsibilities

• Attend inspection requests and respond within required timeframes.
• Inspect hardscape finishes against approved requirements and contract drawings.
• Review shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and international practices.
• Maintain daily site records and progress photos.
• Prepare surveillance reports for defective or non-compliant work.
• Coordinate landscape works with civil, structural, drainage, utilities, lighting, and other disciplines.
