Job summary

LEICHT Jeddah is looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our team and strengthen sales while upholding premium brand standards in Saudi Arabia.

You will drive targets, coach the design and sales staff, manage client projects, and ensure top-quality visual merchandising. English fluency and ERP/CRM proficiency are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Based in Jeddah with local work authorization.
• Minimum 3 years in showroom or luxury retail leadership.
• Experience in kitchen, furniture, or interior design sectors.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English; proficient with MS Office, CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and annual showroom sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and design team
• Follow up on leads, showroom visitors, quotations, and client projects
• Review kitchen designs and production orders
• Maintain premium showroom and visual-merchandising standards
• Monitor CRM activities, conversion rates, collections, and sales reports
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and accounting teams
• Build lasting relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers

Requirements:

• Must currently be based in Jeddah
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in kitchen, furniture, interior design, luxury retail, or related sectors
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and customer-service skills
• Excellent planning, organization, and follow-up capabilities
• Proficiency in English, MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems
• Premium kitchen sales or design experience is a strong advantage
