Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Riyadh seeks an Engineering & Facilities professional to install, maintain, and replace building tools, appliances, and equipment while calibrating controls, gauges, and meters to ensure safe operations.

You will inspect systems like fire protection and alarms, support disaster response protocols, and assist management with hiring, training, and scheduling, all while upholding Marriott safety standards and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair tools, appliances, and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and valves.
• Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Respond to guest repair requests.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Follow safety policies and protect confidential information.
