Job summary

A leading pipe manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Shift Leader Logistics to oversee daily operations on the shop floor, coordinate material movements, manage shift handovers, and drive safety and efficiency. The role requires leadership, SAP WMS experience, and strong English communication.

Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience and a Bachelor's degree. Exemplary analytical skills, ability to train staff, and experience supervising multinational teams

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader Logistics to join a leading pipe manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia

Key Requirements

• Good command of English spoken written amp reading
• Strong communication and leadership skillsEngineering Commerce or Computer Science degree preferred
• Experience preparing daily monthly reports and attending operational meetings
• Ability to conduct training sessions and communicate effectively with the team
• Good HSE knowledge certifications preferred with the ability to assess workplace safety risks
• Hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management System
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Physically fit to work in indoor outdoor GCC weather conditions
• Willing to work rotational shifts including nights weekends overtime and holidays
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing work plans
• Experience leading and managing multinational shop floor teams
• Basic knowledge of lifting equipment
• Experience in pipe plant warehouse management will be an added advantage
