Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring efficient and safe operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as experience in logistics and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed by the loaders
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods
• Monitor the inventory levels and report any discrepancies
• Train new loaders on proper loading techniques
• Communicate with warehouse managers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working condition
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of loading equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Loader Supervisor or similar role
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Must be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
• Must have own visa in Saudi Arabia
