Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software and/or IT services sales with quota‑carrying success.
• Proven experience closing medium to large complex deals in consultative environments.
• Experience with multinational customers and long sales cycles.
• Deep understanding of enterprise applications (Cloud, Hybrid, X+O) and application lifecycle management.
• Strong pipeline growth, forecasting, and collaboration with Account Executives.

As a Services Sales Expert, you will play a crucial role in growing SAP's Services business across strategic accounts. You'll build strong executive relationships, uncover customer challenges, and design service‑led transformation journeys that deliver real business outcomes.

This is a senior sales role with end‑to‑end ownership — from identifying opportunities to closing deals, and ensuring a smooth transition to delivery teams. You are the face of SAP Services for your assigned accounts.

What you will do

• Lead opportunity creation, bid management, and deal closure through the full sales cycle.Shape commercially sound proposals aligned to SAP governance standards.
• Sell the full portfolio of SAP Services based on customer needs.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting in internal systems.
• Manage the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring contracts and scope are clear.
• Support delivery teams on commercial aspects of active engagements.
• Ensure customer expectations, obligations, and success criteria are properly aligned.
• Work closely with Account Executives and cross‑functional sales teams and partner effectively with SAP's ecosystem and technology partners.

What experience you bring

• 10+ years in enterprise software and/or IT services sales, with consistent quota‑carrying success.
• Proven experience closing medium to large complex deals in competitive, consultative environments.
• Experience working with large, multinational customers and extended sales cycles.
• Deep understanding of enterprise applications (Cloud, Hybrid, X+O) and application lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated success in pipeline growth, forecasting, and working hand‑in‑hand with Account Executives.
