The Role

As a ServiceNow ITOM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IT Operations Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise IT service delivery, ensuring automation, visibility, and efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and AIOps
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to define ITOM strategies and best practices
• Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow architecture and integrations
• Support ongoing improvements and enhancements to ITOM functionalities
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and business objectives
