Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a skilled ServiceNow architect to lead ITSM/ITOM/HRSD implementations for enterprise clients in Riyadh. You will design platform architectures, drive integrations (SAML, SSO, LDAP/AD), and guide large-scale deployments with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, API experience (REST/SOAP), and excellent stakeholder communication to deliver cognitive, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and ITSM.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow connectors, web technologies and platform scripting languages.
• Deep understanding and work experience in integrating with SAML, SSO, LDAP, AD etc.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments and integrations.
• Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical teams.

Responsibilities
