You will coordinate L1/L2/L3 activities, manage handovers, and shape runbooks, dashboards, and readiness checks to ensure smooth service transition and ongoing operational excellence.

This senior role requires strategic leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and accountability for a three-year client engagement.
