Halliburton is seeking a seasoned professional to supervise and execute rigging activities for service line equipment on and offshore sites in Saudi Arabia. You will plan setups, direct well-site operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure data quality and safety in daily field work.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to coordinate with customers, PSLs, and third parties while maintaining equipment and documenting all activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 9+ years of oil field drilling experience including 5+ years of underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling.
• Must have met the minimum competency requirements for Svc Spec III-GBA.
• Good reading comprehension and writing skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, directs, and performs all phases of rigging up and down of service line equipment on locations on and offshore.
• Plans jobs including equipment setup, well site direction, and customer support activities.
• Maintains, sets up, tests, and operates equipment at customer locations and field camps.
• Mentors and trains lower level Service Operators and Operator Assistants.
• Monitors instruments and ensures data quality at the well.
• Consults with customers, promotes good relations, and ensures satisfaction with results.
• Maintains equipment and completes job documentation.
• Conducts pre-job toolbox safety meetings and verifies job plan with customer.
• Reviews information from Business Development to ensure best practices and customer expectations.
• Communicates with PSLs and third parties for tool and site activity compatibility.
• Exhibits excellent leadership and communication skills.

Job Duties

• Provides the planning necessary for the job including equipment set up, well site direction, and customer related support activities.
• Responsible for the activities relative to maintaining, setting up, testing, and operating equipment at the customer location and field camp.
• Mentors and trains lower level Service Operators and Operator Assistants in areas of expertise.
• Monitors instruments and performs necessary calculations to ensure quality of data at the well.
• Consults with customers concerning services and products, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and ensures customer satisfaction with results.
• Properly maintains equipment and completes all job documentation.
• Conducts pre-job toolbox safety meetings, reviews and verifies job plan with customer representative, and manages any changes required.
• Must be able to review information received from Business Development to confirm best practices are followed and that proposed job plans meet customer's expectations in the most efficient manner.
• Must be able to communicate with other PSLs and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity compatibility.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.
