Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate tax, Zakat, VAT and transfer pricing.
• 2-3 years at manager level.
• Certifications: SOCPA, CPA, CTA, or ACCA.
• Excellent English; Arabic: good.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of complex corporate tax, Zakat, and VAT engagements.
• Advise Engagement Partner on complex tax positions, structuring and risk matters.
• Lead, mentor tax teams across disciplines.
• Direct engagement economics: budgeting, resourcing, billing, profitability.
• Lead complex tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with ZATCA.
• Drive business development: leading proposals and expanding client relationships.
• Partner with the Partner group on strategic initiatives and talent strategy.
