Job summary

Uasmart is seeking a Senior Well Testing Operator in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia to operate and monitor well testing equipment, record data, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

The role requires advanced hands-on experience with separators, choke manifolds, flow control gear, and pressure testing, as well as knowledge of H2S hazards and high-pressure safety practices. You will prepare reports and mentor junior operators in a demanding field environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced operational experience in oil and gas well testing operations.
• Knowledge of well testing equipment including separators, choke manifolds, and flow control equipment.
• Familiarity with pressure testing procedures and monitoring flow rates, pressure, and temperature.
• Ability to prepare, inspect, operate, and shut down equipment in accordance with approved procedures.
• Knowledge of high-pressure equipment safety and H2S hazards.
• Ability to identify equipment and operational failures and coordinate corrective actions.
• Experience preparing well test reports and documenting operational data.
• Ability to guide junior operators and reinforce safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment used in oil and gas well testing operations.
• Inspect and prepare separators, choke manifolds, and flow control equipment.
• Perform pressure testing in accordance with approved operating procedures.
• Monitor flow rates, pressure readings, and temperature measurements.
• Carry out equipment preparation, inspection, operation, and shutdown activities safely.
• Follow procedures for handling high-pressure equipment and managing H2S hazards.
• Identify operational faults and coordinate corrective action with the technical team.
• Maintain accurate operational data and prepare well testing reports.
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.
• Guide less experienced operators and support adherence to safety and quality procedures.
• Follow approved operating procedures and applicable HSE requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation of testing activities and operational results.
