Job summary

Total-TECH Co in Jeddah is seeking a seasoned web analytics engineer to implement, manage and audit GA4 and GTM tracking across digital journeys. You will design data layers, tracking plans and measurement standards, and collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure accuracy and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on technical web/product analytics implementation with GA4/GTM.
• Experience configuring and debugging tracking across digital products.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage and audit GA4 and GTM tracking including events, tags, triggers and conversions.
• Develop tracking plans, data layer requirements and measurement standards across digital customer journeys.
• Configure and analyze behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, Clarity, Contentsquare) to identify usability issues and conversion opportunities.
• Develop and support A/B testing and CRO initiatives using VWO/Optimizely or equivalent.
• Analyze customer journeys, funnels and attribution to improve conversion rates and data accuracy.
• Use BigQuery and SQL to validate analytics data and support reporting/BI requirements.
• Ensure tracking quality and privacy compliance; document and transfer knowledge across teams.
