Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Analytics or related field.
• Strong hands-on expertise in GA4 is essential.
• Expertise in Tableau and Looker Studio for dashboards.
• Understanding GA4 e-commerce tracking and attribution.
• Strong SQL skills for large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis of e-commerce and digital performance across the customer journey.
• Use GA4, Tableau and Looker Studio to analyze customer behavior and marketing effectiveness.
• Build and analyze funnels across landing pages, cart, and checkout.
• Identify opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Audit GA4 implementation and collaborate with Product/Tech for tracking requirements.
• Develop scalable dashboards for Omni-Commerce across Tableau and Looker Studio.
