Job summary

Astek Middle East is seeking a Senior Web Analytics & CRO Specialist in Jeddah to lead end-to-end analytics across high-volume ecommerce journeys. You will own GA4/GTM instrumentation, data-layer specs, and QA, ensuring accurate measurement and actionable insights.

Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering to reduce friction and improve conversions. You will run behavioral analytics, instrument experimentation, and manage attribution and data quality using SQL/BigQuery and related tools,

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on technical web or product analytics implementation.
Advanced practical experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Ownership of event tracking, data-layer design, and QA.
Google Analytics certification must be provided with CV.
Strong JS knowledge and web tracking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Web Analytics Implementation & Measurement: GA4 & GTM setup, QA, and audits.
Behavioral Analytics: use tools to diagnose friction and opportunities.
CRO & Experimentation: plan and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
Data Quality & Attribution: reconcile GA4 with marketing reports and backend data.
