Job summary

Seder Group Trading and Contracting in Riyadh seeks an experienced Water Treatment Plant Operator to monitor and control treatment processes, run SCADA systems, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires at least 5 years in municipal water treatment, plus a high school diploma and a Water Treatment Plant Operator certification. You will conduct water quality testing, adjust chemical feed rates, and maintain logs and equipment to support reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in environmental science preferred.
• Possession of a valid Water Treatment Plant Operator certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water treatment plant operation, with hands-on process experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control water treatment processes using SCADA systems, ensuring optimal performance of plant equipment.
• Perform routine inspections of pumps, filters, clarifiers, and related equipment; identify malfunctions proactively.
• Conduct water quality testing and adjust chemical feed rates and treatment processes accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of plant operations, logs, chemical usage, and maintenance in compliance with regulations.
