Job summary

Soundlines Group in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province seeks an experienced master watch assembler to lead high-end production and ensure flawless quality. You will work on assembly, calibration and testing of luxury timepieces, upholding strict confidentiality and precision.

The role requires 8–10+ years in luxury watch manufacturing, a diploma or technical certification in horology, and strong MS Office skills for production records.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Watch Repair, Horology, Precision Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10+ years of experience in luxury watch assembly/manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience in watch assembly and production.
• Experience with quality inspection and final product testing.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of production documentation and MS Office.
• Candidates with luxury watch manufacturing/assembly experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support engraving and final product preparation.
• Inspect watches before packaging and dispatch.
• Ensure every watch complies with the required Quality Inspection Checklist.
• Maintain accountability for watch movements spare parts tools and consumables.
• Support prototype development and new collection launches.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness safety and confidentiality of proprietary designs and production methods.
• Maintain production records using strong MS Office Word Excel and Outlook strong.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train junior technicians when required.
