Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants seeks an experienced Production Technician Finishing with hands-on tyre finishing and final inspection expertise. You will operate finishing and inspection equipment, perform first and final examinations, and ensure tyres meet quality specifications.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of relevant experience, hold a technical diploma, and can work within a manufacturing setting in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a technical discipline as listed.
• 7–10 years of hands-on tyre finishing and final inspection experience.
• Age 25–35 years with ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate tyre finishing and inspection equipment and monitor performance.
• Conduct first examination and final inspection of tyres.
• Identify visual dimensional and manufacturing defects.
• Ensure finished tyres meet required quality specifications.
• Maintain inspection records and follow SOPs, safety PPE, 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production and Maintenance teams.

Job description

We are looking for experienced Production Technicians Finishing with hands-on experience in tyre finishing and final inspection operations

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tyre finishing and inspection equipment
• Conduct first examination and final inspection of tyres
• Identify visual dimensional and manufacturing defects
• Ensure finished tyres meet required quality specifications
• Operate inspection equipment according to defined procedures
• Segregate defective tyres and maintain inspection records
• Identify process abnormalities and report them to the concerned team
• Coordinate with Quality Production and Maintenance teams
• Maintain production and quality documentation
• Follow SOPs safety PPE 5S and housekeeping standards

Required Machine Experience Matteuzzi First Exam Inspection HF Mould amp Bladder Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical / Mechatronics or relevant technical discipline

Experience: 7 10 years
