Job summary

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in graphic design/visual communication.
6+ years of professional graphic design or visual communication experience.
Advanced proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
Experience translating complex content into visual formats.
Ability to produce infographics, process diagrams, and templates.

Responsibilities

Design visual materials supporting permitting processes and stakeholder interaction.
Develop infographics that simplify technical and procedural information.
Create process flows, diagrams, visual maps, and workflow illustrations.
Produce presentations for meetings, workshops, and management reviews.
Design report layouts, reusable templates, and structured materials.
Develop guidance materials for internal and external audiences.
Translate workflows into clear visual formats while preserving accuracy.
Apply information hierarchy and typography to complex documents.
Maintain consistency across presentations, reports, and visuals.
Ensure outputs follow corporate identity and design standards.
Collaborate with project teams to gather content and clarify requirements.
Review designs for spelling, alignment, and visual balance.
