Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an Ultrasound Technician to perform ultrasonography in abdomen, pelvis, obstetric and breast imaging. You will submit images to radiologists, assist during biopsies or drainages, and ensure accurate patient identification and proper scene setup.

The role requires clear communication with patients and staff, minimum 2 years post-diploma experience in ultrasonography, and a diploma or bachelor with ultrasound training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and families, physicians and staff.
• Must have 2+ years post-diploma ultrasonography experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree with ultrasonography training.
• License to practice per regional health authority (e.g., SCFHS / DHA).

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound examinations including abdomen, pelvis, obstetric and breast.
• Submits images to the radiologist for discussion and reporting.
• Assists radiologist in biopsy or drainage procedures.
• Maintains patient identification accuracy and records.
• Operates ultrasound equipment, selects transducers, and inputs patient data.
• Transfers images to PACS and keeps logbook up to date.
