Job summary

CoorB in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior UX Designer to craft scalable digital banking experiences across retail and corporate channels, mobile and web.

You will translate business and customer needs into information architecture, task flows, wireframes, prototypes and build-ready specifications for complex, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of UX design experience, including 3+ years in enterprise, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Advanced Figma skills and experience working with enterprise design systems.
• Experience translating research into design decisions and creating developer-ready specifications.
• Good understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA accessible digital experiences.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Define UX strategy, information architecture, task flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Design complete journeys covering key states, edge cases, errors, exceptions and recovery paths.
• Translate research, analytics, and business requirements into clear design decisions.
• Develop UX microcopy including labels, instructions, errors, confirmations, and notifications.
• Produce functional specifications covering behaviour, rules, validation and dependencies.
• Map relevant systems, integrations, hand-offs and supporting processes.
• Design with Arabic RTL requirements alongside English LTR experiences.
• Apply existing enterprise design-system patterns and identify gaps where new solutions are required.
• Conduct workshops with business, technology, architecture, customer experience, and compliance stakeholders.
• Support benchmarking, expert reviews, analytics analysis, and usability activities.
• Collaborate with visual designers and engineering teams through handover and implementation.
• Review implemented journeys against approved designs and specifications.
• Maintain design documentation and decision records.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to knowledge transfer.

OUROPPORTUNITY

We are lookingfor a Senior UX Designer to work closely with UX/UI Designers, VisualDesigners, UX Researchers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, SolutionArchitects, Developers, and banking stakeholders to design intuitive andscalable digital banking experiences.

The Senior UXDesigner will play a key role in defining the structure, behaviour, andusability of digital banking journeys across retail and corporate bankingchannels, including mobile and web applications.
