Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years tyre manufacturing experience
• Age 25–35 years
• Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical / Mechatronics or relevant technical discipline

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tyre building machines
• Assemble tyre components according to production specifications
• Ensure correct positioning and application of tyre components
• Monitor machine parameters and production quality
• Perform machine setup and changeover activities
• Conduct in-process quality checks
• Identify building defects and process abnormalities
• Maintain production and quality records
• Coordinate with Quality Maintenance and Production teams
• Follow SOPs safety PPE 5S and housekeeping standards
