Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking a Production Technician for tyre manufacturing in Saudi Arabia. The role requires hands-on experience operating Banbury internal mixing machines and a strong understanding of mixing processes, machine parameters, quality and safety standards.

You will monitor critical parameters, ensure correct material handling, and maintain meticulous production records while adhering to SOPs and 5S housekeeping to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years tyre manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Banbury internal mixers.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Banbury internal mixing machines in tyre manufacturing.
• Follow approved mixing recipes, batch sequences and production parameters.
• Monitor time, temperature, pressure, rotor speed and other critical parameters.
• Ensure correct weighing, charging and discharge of raw materials.
• Maintain consistency and quality of rubber compounds.
• Perform routine machine and process checks.
• Identify abnormalities and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain production and machine records.
• Follow SOPs, safety PPE, 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Production Technician Mixing Industry Tyre Manufacturing Experience 7-10 years Age 25-35 years Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Production Automobile Electrical Mechatronics or relevant technical discipline

We are looking for experienced Production Technicians Mixing with hands-on experience in tyre manufacturing Candidates should have practical experience operating Banbury internal mixing machines and a strong understanding of mixing processes machine parameters quality and safety requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Banbury internal mixing machines in tyre manufacturing
• Follow approved mixing recipes batch sequences and production parameters
• Monitor mixing time temperature pressure rotor speed and other critical parameters
• Ensure correct weighing charging and discharge of raw materials
• Maintain consistency and quality of rubber compounds
• Perform routine machine and process checks
• Identify abnormalities and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams
• Maintain production and machine records
• Follow SOPs safety PPE 5S and housekeeping standards
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards

Age 25-35 years
