Job summary

alfanar Electric, a leading Saudi-based electrical engineering and construction company, seeks a Sr. Tendering Engineer to manage inquiries, prepare technical and commercial quotations, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver competitive tender offers.

The role focuses on protection and control systems for major projects in the region. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of relevant experience, with strong negotiation and documentation

Qualifications

• Review and process sales inquiries, ensuring completeness and clarity of requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely technical and commercial quotations.
• Ensure alignment of quotations with customer specifications and internal standards.
• Execute tendering activities from inquiry to submission within defined timelines.
• Analyze requirements and develop compliant and optimized proposals.
• Support prequalification and documentation requirements as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and sales teams to gather inputs.
• Ensure alignment of all stakeholders to deliver cohesive and competitive offers.
• Address technical clarifications and follow up on quotations and orders.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, assumptions, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Review inquiries and prepare technically sound and commercially competitive quotations.
