alfanar Construction seeks a Senior Tendering Manager to lead end-to-end tendering for civil EPC projects in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the bid lifecycle, review technical and commercial inputs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to produce competitive proposals.

With 18+ years in civil tendering and 15+ years in the Saudi market, you will drive risk assessment, pricing strategies, and value engineering while ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related engineering discipline.
• Extensive experience: 18+ years in civil tendering and estimation.
• Saudi market experience: 15+ years in the Saudi Arabian market.

Responsabilités

• Lead the complete tendering lifecycle from review to submission.
• Review tender documents, specifications, BOQs, drawings, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals with multiple departments.
• Lead BOQ analysis, cost estimation, and pricing strategy.
• Identify risks and participate in commercial negotiations and change orders.
• Ensure timely, compliant tender submissions meeting standards and deadlines.
