Job summary

azmtalent is seeking aSenior Engineering Delivery Leader in Saudi Arabia to drive end-to-end engineering programs across key initiatives. You will translate requirements into technical plans, lead delivery, and manage external partners.

The role emphasizes architecture governance, cloud modernization (Azure), and cross-functional collaboration with Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, engineering management, or a related technology leadership role.
• Experience managing software development teams and/or external technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud modernization initiatives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery across multiple strategic technology initiatives.
• Translate business and product requirements into clear technical delivery plans.
• Drive technical planning, estimation, prioritization, sprint execution, and release management.
• Monitor delivery progress, timelines, dependencies, and key milestones.
• Ensure successful delivery within scope, quality, timeline, and budget.
• Review solution architectures, technical designs, and development plans.
• Provide technical guidance and challenge design decisions as needed.
• Manage external software development partners and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Own the engineering delivery roadmap and SDLC governance.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations stakeholders.
• Support cloud modernization initiatives, especially in Azure environments.
• Uphold quality, security, and operational excellence with documented processes.
