Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction materials testing laboratories.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia in a Technical Manager, Laboratory Manager, or senior technical leadership role.
Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and international construction materials testing standards.

Responsibilities

Lead Construction Materials Testing Department operations.
Ensure ISO/IEC 17025 compliance and accreditation maintenance.
Supervise testing procedures, method validation, equipment calibration, and lab reports.
Coordinate accreditation assessments, audits, and corrective actions.
Manage staff competency, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical support to clients and contribute to proposals and business development activities.
