Job summary

Ernst & Young AE in Riyadh seeks a Senior Consultant to lead complex tax engagements within the GCR team, driving growth and delivering high-quality tax services for multinational clients.

You will manage client compliance and reporting needs, establish strong client and internal relationships, and drive day-to-day engagement management, risk identification, and process standardization. You will supervise teams, coach juniors, and ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong credentials in accounting, business, finance or taxation.
• MBA or advanced degree and/or professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/CTA/ADIT).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations.
• Strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing.
• Proven managerial, organizational and project management experience.
• Proficiency in Arabic preferred; fluency in English required.

• Lead a team to provide tax services and manage client engagements.
