Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across different industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate communication between clients and candidates, and provide feedback throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to advise clients effectively.
• Participate in business development activities to expand the client base and promote Propel Consult’s services.
