• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in sustainability engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong experience with LEED, Mostadam and WELL certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability consultancy projects from pre-concept to design completion.
• Manage green building certification processes (LEED, Mostadam, WELL) and ensure compliance.
• Lead technical workshops and coordination meetings with clients and design teams.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and review deliverables.
• Prepare and review certification scorecards, gap analyses, and compliance reports.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.
