Job summary

ICİçtaş Construction in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Chief Surveyor to lead and coordinate surveying activities for road and infrastructure projects. You will supervise surveying teams, implement methodologies, and ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geomatics or Surveying, 15+ years in infra projects, and at least 5+ years as Chief Surveyor, with strong English and GIS/software skills including GPS, Total Station, Autodesk

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geomatics Engineering or Surveying Engineering.
15+ years of experience in infrastructure projects (bridges, roads, highways).
Minimum 5+ years as Chief Surveyor, leading surveying teams.
Excellent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Proficient with GPS, Total Station, leveling instruments.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all surveying activities on roads and bridges construction, ensuring compliance with standards.
Develop and implement surveying methodologies and protocols to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to define project scope and objectives.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify surveying challenges and mitigate risks.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of surveying findings.
Coordinate with external stakeholders including regulators and contractors.
Utilize GIS to analyze site data and create maps and models.
