Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or Business.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Supply Chain, Lean, or Sourcing.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to global senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business cases to support initiatives and adapt to sector changes.
• Oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects with financial accountability and executive interactions.
• Create and deploy enterprise tollgate standards and related methodologies for supply chain development projects.
• Set program direction to achieve SQDC, sustainability and reliability goals.
• Provide PM leadership to commercial, product, project, engineering and interfacing functions.
• Ensure participation from functional teams and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate and influence partnership programs and relationships to drive business results.
