Job summary

Remal Al Sharq Investment Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Specialist to strengthen our Food & Beverage trading and distribution operations.

You will manage procurement from local and international suppliers, coordinate demand planning and inventory optimization, and oversee import logistics, SFDA compliance, and warehouse operations to ensure product availability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in F&B trading and distribution.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, logistics, and inventory.
• Good understanding of SFDA regulations and import requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Odoo).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure finished F&B products from local and international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of finished food & beverage products from local and international suppliers.


• Coordinate demand planning, inventory replenishment, and stock optimization.


• Oversee import logistics, customs clearance, and transportation activities.


• Coordinate warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.


• Ensure compliance with Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations.


• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure product availability and supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Saudi National.


• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Trading & Distribution.
