Job summary

RemoteOne, in partnership with a fast-growing Saudi coffee brand, is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain & Sales Operations Manager to lead purchasing, stock and distributor orders as the brand expands across the GCC and North Africa.

You will manage end-to-end purchasing cycles, coordinate with suppliers and distributors, handle import/export, and drive stock accuracy while supporting market launches in new regions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement and/or sales operations in FMCG or food/beverage.
• Hands-on import/export, customs and shipping documentation experience.
• Strong knowledge of KSA and GCC markets, including product registration and listing rules.
• Proven track record with distributors and international suppliers.
• Excellent Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full purchasing cycle from suppliers, compare price/quality/terms, raise POs and track delivery.
• Build and manage relationships with local and international suppliers and partners.
• Handle import/export operations, including shipping, customs clearance and documentation.
• Plan supply against demand forecasts and adjust plans per actual sales.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate records, and perform regular stock reconciliations.
• Resolve purchasing issues such as delays, quantity discrepancies, damaged goods and invoices.
• Process distributor orders across GCC and North Africa and coordinate logistics.

About the role

We are hiring on behalf of our partner, a fast-growing Saudi coffee brand. They need a hands-on Supply Chain & Sales Operations Manager to run purchasing, stock and distributor orders as the brand grows across the region. Following a successful launch in Saudi Arabia, the business is expanding through leading distributors across the GCC and North Africa. The ideal candidate will have handled both supply chain and sales operations in a growing FMCG or food and beverage business. They should be comfortable rolling up their sleeves, not simply overseeing an established process.

What you'll do

Supply chain & procurement

• Manage the full purchasing cycle from approved suppliers, compare price, quality, payment terms and delivery times, raise purchase orders, and follow up until delivery.
• Build and manage relationships with local and international suppliers and partners.
• Handle import and export operations, including shipping, customs clearance and documentation.
• Plan supply against approved demand forecasts and adjust plans based on actual sales.
• Monitor stock levels across warehouses, keep inventory records accurate, and carry out regular stock reconciliations.
• Resolve supply issues such as delayed shipments, incorrect quantities, damaged goods and invoice discrepancies.
• Find ways to reduce purchasing costs without compromising product quality or service levels, in line with company procurement policy.

Sales operations & distributors

• Process and manage distributor orders across the GCC and North Africa, from order confirmation to delivery.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for distributors on order status, stock availability, delivery schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics to distributors and markets.
• Manage product registration and listing requirements in new GCC markets, working with the relevant regulatory bodies such as the SFDA.
• Support market launch activities with distributors as the brand enters new countries.
• Keep order, stock and sales data up to date and share regular reports with management.

What we're looking for

• 6-8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement and/or sales operations, ideally in FMCG or food and beverage.
• Hands-on experience with import and export, customs and shipping documentation.
• Strong knowledge of the KSA and GCC markets, including product registration and listing regulations.
• Proven experience working directly with distributors.
• Experience dealing with international suppliers and partners.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with an ERP system is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Organised, proactive and hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-moving business that is launching in new markets.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
