Job summary

Tanmiah Food Company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for our restaurant network.

Responsibilities include strategy development, demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have 8–10 years in SCM with 3–5 years in leadership, and experience in QSR or FMCG sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, business administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive supply chain experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in QSR, food service, food retail, or FMCG industries.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, cold chain, ERP/WMS systems, and Saudi import regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and expansion plans.
• Lead integrated demand, procurement, and replenishment planning with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee purchasing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance.
• Manage inventory planning, warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and costs; drive continuous improvement.
