Job summary

National Initiative Human Resource Company seeks a Head of Supply Chain / Manager to lead end-to-end Manufacturing supply chain operations. You will drive planning for production, materials, inventory and distribution, while managing 3PLs, contracts and supplier performance.

You will also optimize costs, implement AI-driven analytics, and lead the SC team to achieve on-time delivery, quality and efficiency across domestic and international logistics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related leadership roles.
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in planning, inventory, logistics, distribution, and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience managing 3PL providers, tenders and supplier relationships.
• Cost control, contract management and operational performance improvement.
• Familiarity with customs, import/export regulations and HSE requirements.
• Exposure to digital supply chain solutions and AI applications.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain / Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for a leading manufacturing organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for supply chain planning, production coordination, logistics, distribution, warehousing, inventory management and cost optimization, while supporting factory industrialization and operational ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, covering production, raw materials, inventory, demand and distribution.
• Oversee domestic and international logistics, transportation, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Support factory start-up, ramp-up and industrialisation, ensuring operational readiness and supply continuity.
• Manage 3PL partners, logistics providers and strategic suppliers, including tendering, contract negotiations and performance management.
• Drive inventory optimisation, cost control, operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs, leveraging data analytics, digital solutions and AI-driven tools.
• Ensure compliance with customs, import/export regulations, HSE standards and applicable requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production, procurement, logistics and international headquarters teams to enhance overall supply chain performance.
