Job summary

Al Majed Oud.co is seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Management consultant to lead end-to-end functional delivery across procurement, inventory, WMS, product information, sales order processing and master planning. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional delivery of D365 SCM modules across procurement, inventory, WMS, product information, sales order processing and master planning.
• Govern solution design, configuration, testing, data migration and go-live.
• Coordinate workshops with stakeholders, perform fit-gap analysis and document Functional Design Documents and process flows.
• Oversee data migration, integrations with WMS/barcode, e‑commerce and 3PL systems; ensure testing and training.
• Plan cutover, go-live, hypercare and post‑go-live support; mentor juniors.

Job description

1. Job Purpose

Lead end-to-end functional delivery of D365 Supply Chain Management — Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Product Information, Sales Order Processing, Transportation and Master Planning — delivering scalable solutions for Al Majed4Oud's retail, fragrance manufacturing and distribution operations, and governing solution design, configuration, testing, data migration and go-live.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Discovery & Requirements: run workshops with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Retail and Buying teams; perform fit-gap analysis and process mapping; produce Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and process flows.
• Solution Design & Configuration: configure D365 SCM modules per Microsoft best practices; design procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics workflows; govern master data (items, vendors, warehouses, locations, variants, BOMs).
• Data Migration & Integrations: define migration templates (items, vendors, customers, on-hand) and support integrations with WMS/barcode, e-commerce, 3PL and transportation systems.
• Testing & Training: lead SIT/UAT cycles, defect triage and traceability; prepare materials and deliver end-user training; secure business sign-off for all SCM workstreams.
• Go-Live & Support: plan and execute cutover, lead go-live and hypercare, provide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement.
• Governance & Documentation: maintain SOPs, solution documentation and compliance matrices; support audits and internal controls; mentor junior consultants.

3. Required Qualifications

• Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT or Engineering. MB-330 (D365 SCM Functional Consultant Associate) preferred.
• Experience: 6–8+ years in ERP supply chain consulting, including 3+ years hands‑on D365 SCM or AX 2012, with multiple full‑cycle implementations.
• Technical Skills: D365 SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, WMS, TMS, Product Information, Sales Order Processing, MRP); strong retail/distribution supply chain knowledge; data migration, integrations and Power BI reporting.
• Soft Skills: strong communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership; able to translate business needs into functional requirements.
