You will ensure the ERP platform remains stable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives while driving continuous improvement and maximizing value across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Finance or related discipline.
• 15+ years ERP experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
• 3+ years leading ERP teams.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory and Retail processes.
• Experience managing ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations and support.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving and PM skills.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and operations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
• Oversee ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality ERP application support and compliance with SLAs.
• Establish and maintain ERP governance, standards, and Microsoft best practices.
• Monitor system performance, security, licensing, risks, and platform health.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of production issues.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Retail, Real Estate, and Corporate Services to align ERP capabilities with business needs.
• Lead and develop ERP functional and technical teams, promoting knowledge sharing.
• Manage relationships with Microsoft, implementation partners, and external ERP specialists.
• Drive continuous improvement of business processes and ERP capabilities as part of digital transformation.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of ERP experience, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading ERP teams.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Retail business processes.
• Proven experience managing ERP implementations, upgrades, optimization, and application support.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and project/portfolio management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
• Dynamics 365 FinOps certifications covering Finance, SCM, or Retail.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within large, complex, multi-entity organizations.
