Job summary

NextEra is seeking a seasoned Digital Supply Chain leader to drive our Supply Chain practice across customers, partners and internal stakeholders. You will shape transformation roadmaps, deliver measurable business impact and lead large-scale programs leveraging AI, IoT and analytics.

You will partner with CXOs, manage complex stakeholder networks, and advance pre-sales and delivery capabilities while representing NextEra at industry events. MBA and certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations or related field.
• MBA in operations, supply chain or related field is preferred.
• Industry certifications (APICS, CSCP, CPSM, SAP, Oracle, or Digital Supply Chain) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Supply Chain practice, delivering consulting, solution development and capability building.
• Partner with CXOs to define transformation roadmaps and deliver measurable value.
• Support business development activities including client pursuits, workshops and strategic engagements.
• Lead end-to-end digital supply chain transformation programs covering planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing and analytics.
• Advise clients on AI, automation, IoT, cloud technologies and advanced analytics.
• Provide strategic oversight for project delivery, governance and value realization.
• Represent the organization at industry forums and executive engagements.

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Supply Chain professional to lead and represent our Supply Chain practice across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will serve as the face of the Supply Chain domain, driving business growth, digital transformation initiatives, thought leadership, strategic consulting engagements, and successful program delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess strong consulting, pre-sales, client engagement, and delivery experience across Supply Chain and Digital Transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Supply Chain practice, driving consulting, solution development, and capability building initiatives.
• Partner with CXOs and business leaders to define transformation roadmaps and deliver measurable business value.
• Support business development activities, including client pursuits, proposals, workshops, and strategic engagements.
• Lead end-to-end digital supply chain transformation programs covering planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, supplier collaboration, and analytics.
• Advise clients on innovative solutions leveraging AI, automation, IoT, cloud technologies, and advanced analytics.
• Provide strategic oversight for project delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and value realization.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, customer events, and executive engagements while contributing to thought leadership initiatives.

Required Experience:

• The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Supply Chain consulting, business transformation, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of working with large enterprises. A deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, combined with experience leading digital transformation initiatives, is essential.
• Hands-on exposure to leading Supply Chain platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Oracle SCM Cloud, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Manhattan Associates, Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, or similar solutions will be highly valued.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
• MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Industry certifications such as APICS, CSCP, CPSM, SAP, Oracle, or Digital Supply Chain certifications will be an advantage.
