Job summary

AMSY in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced supply chain professional to own end-to-end procurement and inventory control within construction or manufacturing sectors. You will negotiate with vendors, manage framework agreements, and ensure audit-ready procurement records while aligning with project teams to avoid schedule risks.

The role requires hands-on warehouse management, 5S tagging, cycle counts, and expert use of Microsoft Dynamics 365/BC for stock tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction or manufacturing supply chain with strong Saudi market vendor knowledge.
• Hands-on warehouse and inventory management experience (5S, tagging systems, cycle counting).
• ERP-driven procurement control; familiarity with import/customs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement: sourcing, negotiation, PO issuance, and audit-ready records.
• High-standard warehouse management: zoning, 5S discipline, tagging & labeling.
• Live stock tracking in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — zero off-system inventory.
• Scheduled cycle counts, full inventory updates, and variance investigation.
• Alignment with project leaders to keep supply from delaying critical paths.
• Vendor partnerships: framework agreements, benchmarked pricing, supplier performance management.
• Full fleet management: dashboards and reporting for cost-per-vehicle.
• Demonstrated cost-reduction results and strong negotiation with local and international suppliers.

• High-standard warehouse management: zoning, 5S discipline, proper tagging & labelling
• Live stock tracking in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — zero off-system inventory
• Scheduled cycle counts, full inventory updates, and variance investigation
• Alignment with Project Directors, PMs, and Construction Managers so supply never becomes the critical path
• Vendor partnerships: framework agreements, benchmarked pricing, supplier performance management
• Full fleet management: utilization/fuel dashboards, maintenance scheduling, cost-per-vehicle reporting
• 8+ years in construction or manufacturing supply chain, with strong Saudi market vendor knowledge
• Hands-on warehouse and inventory management experience (5S, tagging systems, cycle counting)
• ERP-driven procurement control — Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central a strong plus
• Fleet or logistics management experience with dashboard-based reporting
• Demonstrated cost-reduction results and strong negotiation record with local and international suppliers; import/customs experience preferred
• Comfortable operating solo or with 1-2 coordinators — this is a build-the-function role
