Job summary

IMG is seeking an experienced Production Manager to support the Saudi Pro League Production Team in Riyadh, overseeing day-to-day logistics, budget adherence and compliance in a fast-paced sports broadcast environment.

The role requires working unsocial hours and weekends, coordinating with internal departments, and mentoring junior staff; it offers exposure to regional IMG productions and significant leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production budgets and cost reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to forecast staffing and logistics needs.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor production staff.
• Understanding of UK or international TV industries and workflows.
• Capacity to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production logistics for multiple matches, on budget and compliant with H&S.
• Act as main contact for ad hoc productions and ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare budgets, cost reports and quarterly finance updates.
• Plan staffing and scheduling with production leadership to meet needs.
• Coordinate with legal, HR, finance and immigration for visas and permits.
• Communicate with external suppliers, troubleshoot delays, and report trends.
• Lead production meetings and escalate issues with proposed solutions.
• Mentor production staff and oversee coordinators and assistants.
• Ensure health and safety procedures and proper paperwork are in place.
• Ensure freelancers are contracted per local guidelines.
