Job summary

IMG is seeking an experienced Production Manager to support the Saudi Pro League Production Team in Riyadh and across IMG regions. The role requires senior-level management, day-to-day coordination of production logistics, budgets, and staff leadership for multiple matches and shoots, including ensuring compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role with oversight of broadcast production.
• Experience dealing with broadcasters, stakeholders and a range of personnel.
• Knowledge of rights, clearances, workflows, and health & safety.
• Ability to produce a production budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production logistics for multiple matches, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Act as main liaison for ad hoc productions; manage staffing and resources accordingly.
• Prepare budgets, cost reports, forecasts and quarterly finance reports for executive leadership.
• Schedule and plan SPL department workloads, ensure staffing coverage for all programmes.
• Coordinate with legal, HR, finance, and immigration to secure visas and permits as required.
• Develop relationships with external facilities and suppliers; troubleshoot delays.
