WTS Energy is seeking a Superintendent (Structural/Welding) to oversee offshore and marine fabrication, welding, and erection activities within CRPO projects. The role ensures safe, efficient execution per project specs, quality standards, and schedules, coordinating with Engineering, Planning, Production, Quality, and Project Management teams.

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years in structural fabrication and welding, with at least 5 years in supervision, and holds a Bachelor’s or Diploma in

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical/Welding/Marine Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in welding inspection or welding management are preferred.
• Relevant welding and fabrication qualifications will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise structural fabrication, welding, assembly, and erection activities for offshore and marine projects.
• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure project milestones and schedules are achieved.
• Monitor workforce productivity and optimize resource utilization across fabrication and construction areas.
• Review engineering drawings, work packages, welding procedures, and project specifications before execution.
• Ensure compliance with approved construction methodologies and work processes.
