Job summary

WTS Energy is seeking a Senior Material Coordinator to plan, control, and coordinate all material management for CRPO projects. You will ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and assets to support fabrication, offshore, marine, and maintenance activities while maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability.

You will review BOMs, requisitions and work packages, collaborate with multiple teams, and manage material preservation, storage, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Materials Management are preferred.
• ERP system certification or experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of project materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement, construction, warehouse and project teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Verify received materials against orders and maintain traceability for critical items.
• Support offshore and marine mobilization requirements and ensure timely material movement to sites.
